How it works

From signup to shipped, usually the same week.

PharmacyRx is a licensed pharmacy, not a marketplace. Here's exactly what happens between creating your account and your first cold-chain delivery.

  1. 01

    ~5 minutes · one page

    Create your account

Tell us whether you're a clinic or an individual provider, then complete one page: your practice details, license, NPI and DEA, and an e-signature on the provider agreement. No back-and-forth, no multi-step drop-off.

  2. 02

    Usually same day

    We verify your credentials

PharmacyRx confirms your license, prescribing eligibility, and practice details against the information you provided. Most providers are cleared the same day they apply.

  3. 03

A real person, not a cart

Your account manager sets you up

Nothing is ordered on this website. Once you're approved, a dedicated account manager reaches out, walks you through the formulary, and configures ordering the way your practice runs.

  4. 04

    Two ways to supply

    Choose how you order

Fill prescriptions the way that fits each patient and your clinic — one script at a time, or in volume for in-office supply.

    Direct, per patient

Write a patient-specific script; we compound, cold-chain, and ship straight to their door.

    Bulk for your clinic

Stock your practice at wholesale through our licensed partners for the programs you run.

  5. 05

    ~48-hour dispatch · all 50 states

    We compound & cold-chain ship

Every fill is a pharmacy-grade, third-party-tested preparation, packed in insulated temperature-monitored packaging and dispatched with tracking — in vials, kits, or prefilled pens.

  6. 06

    Ongoing

    Reorder & scale

Refills and new programs run through your account manager and the full formulary. As your patient volume grows, your supply keeps pace.

The fine print, plainly

Legitimate by design.

  • 01

Every preparation dispenses only against a valid, patient-specific prescription from a licensed provider.

  • 02

Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved drugs.

  • 03

All prescribing decisions rest solely with the treating provider. Availability varies by state and is confirmed at onboarding.

  • 04

For licensed healthcare providers only. Nothing on this site is medical advice or an offer to supply medication without a prescription.
